<p><strong><u>Job Scope</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Senior Consultant – Business Solution (SAP) is accountable for providing consultancy to customers while translating their requirements into workable solutions. S/He leads on-site trainings, follows up on tickets and recommends enhancements and new features on a regular basis.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Main Duties And Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations in support of new requirements;</li><li>Responsible for analysis, advisory services, specification and complex problem solving within the solution area;</li><li>Provide guidance to the businesses on the appropriate use of the Solution;</li><li>Participate in business solution workshops and share configuration and integration expertise;</li><li>Create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan;</li><li>Lead and drive the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects;</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to plan, run and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients;</li><li>Define the scope of a project/opportunity while estimating efforts and project timelines;</li><li>Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization;</li><li>Work closely with the offshore team to manage/ monitor their priorities and deliverables;</li><li>Lead and drive implementation activities of data migration and training;</li><li>Work closely with clients to capture the integration requirements and define integration strategies and roadmaps accordingly;</li><li>Maintain responsibility for and help ensure that the service and process components are seamlessly integrated to other areas;</li><li>Follow up on tickets with the customer and Vendor;</li><li>Provide project updates to MDSap Business Solution team and management;</li><li>Communicate project deliverables with the customers and Project Manager on regular basis;</li><li>Proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the application;</li><li>Lead and deliver on-site user training;</li><li>Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems;</li><li>Total Experience 7 years, min 3 years in SuccessFactors EC Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll or any other Payroll</li><li>Experience in Success factors Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM</li></ul>
