As a Game Master, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring their delight throughout their visit.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Engage with customers and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere as they arrive at Planet X VR Escape Rooms.</li><li>Conduct pre-game briefings, ensuring customers understand the game rules, safety guidelines, and immersive storylines.</li><li>Monitor and guide customers during their VR escape room experiences, offering assistance and hints when needed to enhance their gameplay.</li><li>Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, cooperation, and a sense of adventure.</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.</li><li>Maintain a high level of knowledge about our VR escape room games, including storylines, puzzles, and technological features.</li><li>Ensure the smooth operation of VR equipment and game setups, performing regular checks and troubleshooting as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to continuously improve game experiences and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Uphold safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for all customers.</li><li>Contribute to creating a positive and engaging work culture within the team.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ol><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage with customers of diverse backgrounds and ages.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable experiences.</li><li>Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in dynamic situations.</li><li>Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.</li><li>Enthusiasm for virtual reality technology and gaming experiences.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per operational needs.</li><li>Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred but not required.</li><li>Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>At Planet X VR Escape Rooms, we believe that customer delight is at the core of our success.
