<p>The primary responsibility of the Senior Product Specialist is to effectively promote and sell the company’s Aesthetic Injectables products to both new and existing customers. This involves regularly visiting customers and clinics/medical aesthetic centers, collecting sales orders, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Additionally, the Senior Product Specialist plays a crucial role in providing detailed information about the company’s products and their advantages compared to competitor offerings. They are also responsible for coaching and supporting junior team members.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Mentoring and providing market, customer, and product information to junior staff, assisting them with their sales deals.</li><li>Scheduling appointments and meeting with both existing and potential customers to promote Gabi Medical’s products and identify new opportunities using sales aids and marketing data.</li><li>Conducting detailed face-to-face presentations regarding the benefits of the products, aiming to include them in aesthetic clinics and medical centers.</li><li>Generating sales orders while closely monitoring the product market share and carrying out Gabi Medical’s injectables business unit activities in clinics as necessary (e.g., group meetings, workshops, or training sessions).</li><li>Serving as the main point of contact and source of information regarding the products and their technical usage.</li><li>Providing comprehensive information on new clinics/medical centers, including their enlistment, purchase of relevant aesthetic products, working physicians, competitor products and activities, and updating customer databases with accurate contact details.</li><li>Submitting timely weekly reports on sales activities, competitor events, pricing changes, and commercial policies.</li><li>Cultivating and maintaining excellent customer relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, and related personnel to enhance current relationships and generate new business accounts.</li><li>Undertaking various marketing activities to support the brand.</li><li>Achieving assigned sales targets within the designated territory.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science or a related scientific field.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in a medical-related field, with a minimum of 3 years focusing on aesthetic injectables.</li><li>Previous experience in the fillers market, with knowledge of the technical aspects and geographical understanding.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.</li><li>Strong communication abilities, including building relationships and engaging with prospective clients and key opinion leaders (KOLs).</li><li>Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks.</li><li>Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent collaboration skills.</li></ul>
