If you are hungry to make an impact and develop your skills in a dynamic environment, collaborating with like-minded people, we want to hear from you.<p><br></p><strong>About The Role</strong><p><br></p>As a <strong>Business Analyst </strong>in the Strategy & Programs team, you will apply data-driven insights and analysis to help <strong>Money Fellows </strong>analyze their performance, and strategy to boost growth and make profitable decisions. You will conduct research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems and work with stakeholders to drive them to completion. If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience with an eye for detail, extensive commercial awareness, and a team-player attitude, you could be an ideal match for this <strong>Business Analyst </strong>position.<p><br></p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Establishing Effective Business Strategies</li><li>Build and drive recurring Business Reviews and any related action items</li><li>Understanding Competitors and peers through conducting Competitor Landscape Analysis</li><li>Identifying and presenting actions that affect the project or company (Business Impact Analysis) for the new projects</li><li>Analyzing country expansion opportunities and decisions</li><li>Help build and implement Company Scorecard</li><li>Own and develop relationships with peers, working with them to optimize and enhance our processes</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence others without authority and interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes</li><li>Sound knowledge and expertise in evaluating the implications of changes</li><li>Competence in writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes made</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p>The ideal candidate has exceptionally high ownership, excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders and work with agility in a fast-paced environment. They would also be insanely focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving, breaking down complex information into understandable and actionable items.
