Job Description
KU is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our research team as a Postdoctoral Researcher, provide support, and manage our soccer robotics project. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the project, coordinating various activities, and facilitating collaboration among team member s.<br>Responsibilities:<br>路 Project Support: Provide comprehensive support to the soccer robotics project by assisting in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks. Work closely with the project lead to ensure project goals and milestones are met in a timely manner.<br>路 Research Assistance: Contribute to the research efforts of the project by conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data, and assisting in the development and implementation of algorithms and models. Collaborate with the project lead and other team members to optimize robot performance.<br>路 System Integration: Assist in the integration of hardware and software components of the soccer robot system. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure seamless integration, troubleshoot issues, and perform system testing and debugging.<br>路 Experimentation and Evaluation: Assist in designing and conducting test rigs to evaluate the performance of the soccer robot system. Collect and analyze data, contribute to data interpretation, and assist in identifying areas for improvement.<br>路 Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates related to the project. Contribute to the writing of research papers and presentations for conferences and workshops.<br>路 Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective collaboration and communication among team members, including researchers, engineers, and students. Facilitate regular project meetings, disseminate important information, and maintain effective channels of communication within the team.<br>路 Mentoring and Training: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers and students involved in the project. Assist in their training and development, helping them acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute to the project.<br>Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to the project, including budget monitoring, procurement of equipment and supplies, and compliance with institutional and ethical guidelines.
