If you have a passion for food and want to contribute to a dynamic and fun team, we encourage you to apply!<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Preparing and cooking meats in several different styles such as roasted, smoked, grilled, or braised</li><li>Instructing and overseeing junior chefs in their duties and taking over the responsibilities of the senior chef when necessary</li><li>Estimating food quantities, managing food inventory, and ordering</li><li>Ensuring the highest food quality standards are met by inspecting all meat products before cooking</li><li>Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments</li><li>Communicating with the restaurant managers and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth food operations</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen while following health and safety regulations</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>At least 5 years of proven experience as a chef de partie with specialization in butchery</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Passion for food, creativity and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to develop new dishes and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask and work well in fast-paced environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations</li><li>Food safety certificate (HACCP) and relevant culinary qualifications are preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p>Basic Monthly Salary: AED 3600 to 4500 depending on experience.
