<p>At The Big Night Events, we are looking to hire for a full-time Sales Consultant. The role would have to fulfill many aspects within the business.</p><p><br></p><p>What we are looking for in the ideal candidate: </p><p><br></p><p>- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Hospitality or Events industry with a proven track record in sales specifically in the luxury and high-end service segment.</p><p>- Strong communication skills – someone who can actively listen to the client’s needs and who can articulate ideas clearly. With the luxury segment, no requirement is too big.</p><p>- Thrives to be around people and has an interest in building long lasting relationships and someone who genuinely enjoys working with clients.</p><p>- High level of attention to detail and someone who can demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and has a flair for innovation.</p><p>- Result-oriented, driven and is a team player and who has a passion for events.</p><p><br></p><p>Your day-to-day responsibilities will look like:</p><p><br></p><p>· <span>Lead Generation and Prospecting: Actively prospect for potential clients through various channels, including referrals, online platforms, industry events, and networking. Research and identify individuals or organizations that may require luxury event management services and reach out to them to generate leads.</span></p><p><span>· Client Consultation: Engage in consultative selling by conducting client consultations to understand their event requirements, budget, vision, and preferences. Ask probing questions to gather necessary information and use your expertise to provide tailored solutions and recommendations that align with their needs.</span></p><p><span>· </span>Proposal Development –<span> </span><span>Prepare detailed event proposals alongside our creative director that showcase the company’s capabilities and offerings.</span></p><p>· <span>Collaboration with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events. Share relevant client information, preferences, and requirements with the team to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards delivering a flawless event.</span></p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><p>· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Hospitality or Events industry</p><p>· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>· Need to have an eye for attention to detail and strives for perfection.</p><p>· Creative, out of the box thinking</p><p>· Ability to work alongside a team.</p><p>· Speaks Arabic or any other language would be an added advantage.</p><p>· Self-motivated and willing to put in the hours needed for the success of the event.</p><p>· Having excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. </p>
