We are looking for <strong>Projects Coordinator </strong>on contract basis.<p><br></p><strong>Duration</strong>: 12 Months (Extendable)<p><br></p><strong><u>What We Are Looking For</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.</li><li>Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.</li><li>Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.</li><li>Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, and schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.</li><li>Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping.</li><li>Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.</li><li>Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.</li><li>Providing administrative support as needed.</li><li>Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.</li><li>Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field.</li><li>Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.</li><li>Experienced in using Microsoft Project and EPM solution</li><li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li><li>Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.</li><li>Ability to work on tight deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul>
