Job Description
<ul><li>Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects</li><li>Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders clearly and timely.</li><li>Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.</li><li>Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure the design and configuration will allow to meet business requirements.</li><li>Manage dependencies with other in-flight HRIS initiatives.</li><li>Assess the project’s impact on the existing environment and coordinate activities to smoothly transition.</li><li>Ensure all the data cleaning, transformation and loading activities are done according to requirements.</li><li>Coordinate the tests, user acceptance, cutover and delivery of the solution.</li><li>Follow-up the design and execution of change management to foster the new solution adoption.</li><li>Design and prepare the maintenance and operation plan.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
