<strong>Housekeeping Coordinator</strong><p><br></p><strong>Tasks, Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Provides assistance to team members in a prompt, caring and helpful manner.</li><li> Prepares reports for all respective shifts, also file and update all housekeeping records.</li><li> Strictly control distribution of master keys to Housekeeping Attendants, Floor Supervisors and laundry.</li><li> Answer telephone and handle requests in a timely manner, applying the telephone skills as per the hotel brand service standards .</li><li> Provide accurate room status information to the team throughout the day.
