Implementing best practices and coding standards.</li><li> Leading the project team in terms of providing technical guidance, help design etc..</li><li> Perform code reviews.</li><li> Contribute to and review Documentation of Functional Specifications, Interface Specifications and Non-Functional Requirements, Performance and Load testing specs.</li></ul>
