<p><strong>Provides overall direction and management of FM Contracts, monitors on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations; monitors risk/ problems and helps develop options to resolve.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>· Deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facilities Management Services in support of customers’ business needs in a safe working environment.</strong></p> <p><strong>· Managing, planning , budgeting and financial management related to all FM affairs.</strong></p> <p><strong>· Responsible for monitoring Scope development, scope management and commercial performance to meet the clients goals and objectives.</strong></p> <p><strong>· Provide supervision and management support of the FM team (Managing Agent, all FM service providers), reporting the overall cost and schedule status.</strong></p> <p><strong>· Responsible to monitor the execution of the technical, financial and administrative functions of the FM Contracts.</strong></p> <p><strong>· Develop a performance management system for all service providers.</strong></p> <p><strong>· Provide recommendation to client on efficiency savings.</strong></p> <p><strong>· Manages the preparation of special briefing and reports for the clients and other stake holders.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Preferred Candidate:</p> <p>•<strong> 4-year degree in Engineering/Business Management or Equivalent from an accredited university with internationally recognized professional credentials in Facilities Management.</strong></p> <p><strong>• Minimum 15 years’ experience in facilities management of large projects.</strong></p> <p><strong>• Fully conversant with computer system mainly CAFM &amp; management software.</strong></p> <p> </p>
