On behalf of our client, one of the leading design companies in the Middle East, we are currently looking for a talented <strong>Senior Lead Design Architect</strong>, to join and lead its design team in Jeddah.<p><br></p><strong>Your day-to-day</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Work with the Design Principal; Sr. LDA provide design leadership on multiple projects at the concept and schematics phase</li><li>Expected to have full understanding of project scope, schedule, in coordination with PM’s</li><li>Lead leading milestone reviews with the Technical Project Architect’s &amp; production teams to assure continuity of design intent into DD and CD phases of the delivery process</li><li>Expected to collaborate on providing overall Leadership and mentoring to the more Junior members of the team to assure design excellence at all levels of conceptual, presentation, and design delivery aspects across all projects</li><li>Analyze Project Understandings, Context, Program, Character, etc</li><li>Develop Design Concepts towards Coordinated Schematics</li><li>Follow up the development of conceptual design intentions throughout the project delivery spectrum in DD/CD</li><li>Support Client Design Meetings and Develop/Coordinate the preparation of Project Presentations for external parties</li><li>Multi Project Tasking and coordination’s</li><li>Lead Design Coordination and Management with Clients and External Parties</li><li>Support the Development of Systems integration, workflow and coordination of Design with production and engineering</li><li>Support the Development of overall Strategies and Vision for state of the art Design Practice</li><li>Support the Development of effective Strategies impacting the Company’s Profitability and Marketability</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent</li><li>12+ years of working experience</li><li>LEED certification is considered a plus</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form</li><li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the organization</li><li>Capable of defining and meeting realistic timelines and accomplish tasks timely and with minimal supervision</li><li>A keen interest in the built environment and the dedication to see projects through to their conclusion</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>We love your personality if you</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>have excellent communication and team-player skills</li><li>have interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with people at all levels</li><li>are able to work under pressure with minimal supervision</li><li>have excellent leadership skills</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong> <ul><li>Full Company Package including:</li><ul><li>Accommodation Allowance</li><li>Transportation Allowance</li><li>Mobilization/Demobilization Tickets</li><li>Private Insurance</li><li>Visa will be provided</li></ul><li>Work is generally performed in a standard design studio office environment</li><li>Overtime may be necessary as workload’s dictate.
