As the Cybersecurity Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. You’ll also be working with a team of talented professionals who are passionate about bringing positive change to Saudi Arabia.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the protection of information security assets</li><li>Conduct regular security assessments and respond to security incidents</li><li>Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption services</li><li>Manage a team of security professionals and ensure that the team is performing optimally</li><li>Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices</li><li>Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training to employees and stakeholders</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, cybersecurity, or a related field</li><li>A minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a senior management role</li><li>Deep knowledge and experience in risk management, cybersecurity frameworks, and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to develop security policies and procedures tailored to business requirements</li><li>Experience managing security incidents and resolving security-related issues</li><li>Certification in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) is preferred</li></ul>
