<p>Machine Maintenance Technician needed to our growing company.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>ASSIYANA is a leading cleaning services company who provides services such as cleaning, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, ground maintenance, pest control services. We use a wide range of machinery and equipment that includes Vacuum, Single Disk, Scrubber, High Pressure, Ride-On, etc.…</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are currently searching for a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance to our machines (Columbus, Karcher, HAKO). </p><p>In addition to maintenance tasks, the technician will be responsible for training our agents on the usage of these machines.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>&nbsp;</span><strong><u>Tasks and Responsibilities:</u>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Perform routine &amp; preventive maintenance, mechanical &amp; electrical repairs and troubleshoot machines such as Vacuum, Single Disk, Scrubber, High Pressure, and Ride-On machines.</li><li>&nbsp;Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address them.</li><li>Maintain a detailed record of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance schedules.</li><li>Collaborate with the warehouse manager to ensure all machines are in optimal working condition.</li><li>Develop and conduct training programs for our agents on the safe and efficient operation of Vacuum, Single Disk, Scrubber, High Pressure, and Ride-On machines.</li><li>Ensure agents have a comprehensive understanding of machine operation use. </li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Bachelor’s Degree in electronics or equivalent experience.</li><li>&nbsp;Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably experience in maintaining Vacuum, Single Disk, Scrubber, High Pressure, and Ride-On machines.</li><li>Strong knowledge of machine mechanics, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.</li><li>&nbsp;Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information effectively to individuals at various skill levels.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs.</li><li>A proactive approach to maintenance, with the ability to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.</li></ul>
