<strong>Work Location : </strong> Jordan – Amman <strong> Type of Post : </strong> Accompanied – Family<p><br></p><strong> Other Possible Location : </strong> Any country where CARE USA operates <strong> Funding : </strong> APPROVED<p><br></p><strong> Expected Travel : </strong> up to 30% <strong> Type of Contract : </strong> International<p><br></p><strong> Language Requirement : </strong> English <strong> Application Deadline : </strong><p><br></p><strong>Employee Duration : </strong> Full-Time<p><br></p>The MEAL Cohort is CARE’s internal technical consulting mechanism that provides on-demand MEAL support globally to projects, programs and country offices to strengthen MEAL capacities, fill capacity gaps, and provide specialized MEAL support to meet the project/ program requirements. This position is for the Middle East North Africa (MENA), Balkans and Caucasus regions, which consist of 12 countries.<p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Capacity Building and Training of CARE and partners’ staff</li><li>On-demand MEAL technical assistance</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in international development, Social Sciences, , Monitoring and Evaluation, or other related discipline.</li><li>At least eight years of relevant professional experience (designing and implementing M&E systems)</li><li>Extensive experience in planning/design, monitoring, results measurement, evaluation, accountability, information/knowledge management, and reporting</li><li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills, and working with a broad range of stakeholders and partners</li><li>Tech-savvy with intermediate skills with MS Office applications</li></ul><p><br></p><strong> There are individuals who may use CARE’s name and trademark in emails and on websites in an attempt to solicit fees from interested job-seekers.
