The Technical Services Support (TSS) position holder is a key member of the service team, ensuring improved customer services experience and increased customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability by providing the best in class service and delivery standards through remote technical assistance.<p><br></p><u><strong>Position Summary</strong></u><p><br></p>In charge of providing support to our customers as well as our Field Service Technicians on the relevant Product Line, this position works in close cooperation with the Customer Care team, Technical Support Planner and Services Back Office to ensure effective team work.<p><br></p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Provides technical response to customer enquiries in the shortest time</li><li>Identifies and resolves technical enquiries (of internal or external provenance)</li><li>Records factual information accurately, identifying requirements</li><li>Field service activity coordination: demonstrates creative and effective solutions</li><li>Contributes towards for the achievement of departmental objectives</li><li>Exchanges effectively across functions and cultures</li><li>Collects and shares knowledge on projects, opportunities, work in progress, and market information</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Education and Languages</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Technical education on Electric/ Mechanical/Mecathronics</li><li>Fluent in English &amp; French</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Critical Skills And Personal Attributes</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Ability to diagnose faults and make recommendations in customer environment</li><li>Strong analysis skills and attention to detail</li><li>Independent, responsible work style</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment</li></ul><p><br></p>For more than 130 years, and over 50 countries, BOBST has always been at the forefront of innovation and we want to accelerate connectivity, digitalization, automation and sustainability to make packaging better than ever.<p><br></p>BOBST is one of the world’s leading suppliers of equipment and services to packaging and label manufacturers in the folding carton, corrugated board and flexible materials industries.
