<p>· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.</p><p><br></p><p>· Researching prospects and generating leads.</p><p><br></p><p>· Contacting potential and existing clients and setting up meetings.</p><p><br></p><p>· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Company services.</p><p><br></p><p>· Update customers’ accounts and database, for future sales, credit, and collection segmentation.</p><p><br></p><p>· Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.</p><p><br></p><p>· Gather feedback, follow up with customers or prospects and negotiate/close the deals.</p><p><br></p><p>· Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.</p><p><br></p><p>· Managing the sales process through specific software programs.</p><p><br></p><p>· Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.</p><p><br></p><p>· Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports to the upper management.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Requirements </p><p><br></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree.</p><p><br></p><p>· 2 years’ experience in B2C sales.</p><p><br></p><p>· Good in English (spoken and written).</p><p><br></p><p>· Excellent communication and presentation skills.</p><p><br></p><p>· Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.</p><p><br></p><p>· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.</p><p><br></p><p>Experience in Commercial Real estate Brokerages</p>
