<ul><li>Provide service excellence by identifying key customer/team members business roadblocks, inquiries or proof of concept requirements as well as the technical skills that require upskilling for helping team members to be successful in order to ensure exceptional performance</li><li>Determine team members needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, 1 to 1 weekly session and monitor and document key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the training efforts and monitor overall quality of training effort utilizing a documentation based as proof of acquisition and accountability of the lessons learned and keep record of it for each team member after every refresher</li><li>Evaluate, validate analysis and developing recommendations for the team members to effectively acknowledge and acquire the new knowledge provided in readiness materials or live sessions</li><li>Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team learning, training and preparation to ensure exceptional performance. </li><li>Effectively communicate to the local or Global team members about the refresher or new updates about readiness materials including but not limited to recorded live sessions and refreshers. </li><li>Monitor, track and document the KPI for team members during the readiness or onboarding period to measure the training effectiveness and planning of new trainings to upskill the team members on a weekly or monthly basis</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>3-5 plus years of relevant sales experience in two or more Cloud computing environments or cloud framework technology and related fields</li><li>1-2 plus years of relevant technical experience in Azure Cloud or 1-2 years plus years of relevant technical experience in development performing Cloud operations controlled remotely by defined Objects-Oriented Programming or pre-defined algorithms involving Cloud computing operations, the development framework or language must rely on Open-source licensing as well as it can be used with any Cloud provider</li><li>Azure Cloud-based experience, must include but not be limited to:</li><li>Implementing, managing, and/or monitoring an organization’s Microsoft Azure environment, including virtual networks, storage, computing, identity, security, and governance</li><li>Coordinate with other roles to deliver Azure networking, security, database, application development, and fundamental concepts about DevOps solutions</li><li>Operating systems, networking, servers, and virtualization. In addition, professionals in this role should have experience using PowerShell, Azure CLI, the Azure portal, Azure Resource Manager templates (ARM templates), and Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), part of Microsoft Entra, fundamentals concepts about Microsoft Intune</li><li>Fundamental concepts about Backup and Recovery, On-premise server migration, and Cloud server migration</li><ul><li>6 months of Office365, Microsoft365, or similar Office SaaS framework experience</li><li>Excel pivot tables, Intermediate to advanced level is a plus</li><li>Subject matter expertise in implementing Azure security controls that protect identity, access, data, applications, and networks in cloud and hybrid environments as part of an end-to-end infrastructure</li><li>Certified in any of the following: AZ-104, AZ-500, AZ-305, or AZ-700, certification must be in active state</li></ul></ul>
