<p>Work Location: Dubai, UAE</p><p>Company: Zioom Facilities Management Services LLC</p><p>Role Position: Associate</p><p>Contract Type: Permanent</p><p>Experience Level: Mid-level (at least 5 years as Corporate Lawyer)</p><p>Specialisation: Real Estate, Corporate/ Construction/Property/M&amp;A/Commercial</p><p><br></p><p>*Willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a company secretary and assist with drafting board minutes, supervising company books &amp; co-ordination and regulatory filings</li><li>Will focus on corporate M&amp;A with a heavy emphasis on real estate work with a high level of cross-border transactions.</li><li>Drafting and review of legal documents, including contracts, legal opinions, resolutions</li><li>Drafting of contracts and commercial negotiations</li><li>Assisting compliance officers for our clients with regards to the Dubai regulatory</li><li>Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders through communication, including timely feedback.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree from reputable law school and distinguished academic and professional experience</li><li>Common law qualified lawyer</li><li>At least 3 years of working experience in the UAE in a related field (remote or onsite).</li><li>Experience in working with a large international organization will be desirable</li><li>Thorough knowledge of legal customs/practices for examining, organizing, processing legal documents</li><li>Knowledge in corporate law specializing in business merger and acquisition</li><li>Excellent command of spoken and written English</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with persons contacted in the course of performing assigned duties including Company management and outside business associates</li><li>Comfortable in advising and interacting with senior management/investment professionals on a regular basis</li></ul><p></p>
