Your expertise in engineering principles, project management, and modular construction techniques will be essential in ensuring our projects’ efficiency, quality, and timely completion.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Oversee Production Processes: Lead and supervise the production team in implementing efficient manufacturing processes for modular construction projects. Develop and refine production strategies to maximize productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.</p><p>2. Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and execute modular construction projects. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.</p><p>3. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization. Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive efficiency enhancements in collaboration with the operations team.</p><p>4. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the quality of production processes and finished products.</p><p>5. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in modular construction methodologies, engineering principles, and building codes. Assist in the resolution of complex technical issues that may arise during production.</p><p>6. Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor production engineers and technicians. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Identify training needs and provide professional development opportunities to enhance the skills of the production team.</p><p>7. Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce a safety culture and ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to minimize workplace hazards.</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Education and Experience:</p><p> – Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial Engineering or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.</p><p> – Proven experience in modular construction or a similar manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 8-10 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.</p><p>2. Technical Skills:</p><p> – Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction techniques, and modular construction methodologies.</p><p> – Proficiency in project management, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.</p><p> – Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and quality standards related to modular construction.</p><p>3. Leadership Abilities:</p><p> – Demonstrated experience leading and motivating teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</p><p> – Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively, ensuring timely project delivery.</p><p>4.
