<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our</p><p>HR team. The Talent Acquisition will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring</p><p>top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a</p><p>deep understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and a</p><p>strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.</p><p><br></p><p>Who We Are:</p><p><br></p><p>Enhance Fitness is a technology company headquartered in the UAE and has since</p><p>revolutionized the fitness industry. No two days will be the same and each challenge</p><p>will come with its own unique problem solving!</p><p>The rewards will be great, as part of a fast-growing tech &amp;amp;amp; fitness sector you will be</p><p>exposed to the latest innovations in fitness and will have the room to grow the brand with</p><p>us and be part of the team that started the fitness revolution in the region and soon</p><p>beyond.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p> Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs</p><p> Determine selection criteria</p><p> Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and</p><p>professional networks)</p><p> Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and</p><p>in-person interviews</p><p> Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our</p><p>Applicant Tracking System</p><p><br></p><p> Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s</p><p>requirements</p><p> Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events</p><p> Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department</p><p> Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><p> Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist</p><p> Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks</p><p>(e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)</p><p> Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques</p><p>and evaluation methods</p><p> Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Arabic is a must)</p><p> A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations</p><p> Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field</p><p><br></p><p>Benefits:</p><p><br></p><p> Insurance, Visa, Flight ticket every 2 years of service.</p><p> Internal Growth Opportunities</p><p> Free access to all Gymnation Locations</p><p> Free Individual Mental Health Coaching.</p><p> Line Manager Support</p><p> Nutritionist Support</p>
