<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Support the development and prioritization of business improvement initiatives to continuously improve processes, productivity, eliminate waste, and innovate.</li><li>Enhance the business’s proficiency in process improvement disciplines and tools (e.g., Process Mining, Lean Six Sigma etc) to achieve high-quality business and customer results.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Power Platform capabilities to automate processes.</li><li>Perform process diagnostics and analysis for end-to-end processes, including their upstream impacts.</li><li>Identify improvement opportunities that meet stakeholders’ needs by analysing process performance, variation, conformance, bottlenecks, pain points, and root causes.</li><li>Engage with stakeholders and assess pain points to prioritize improvement activities based on authentic relationships with business stakeholders and customers.</li><li>Facilitate problem-framing exercises for complex business challenges, involving senior stakeholders in discussions, creating and testing hypotheses, and summarizing complex analyses. Assist decision-makers in identifying strategic levers and making informed decisions.</li><li>Use problem-solving techniques like “what if” analysis and scenario modelling to create simulation data or process models.</li><li>Effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive meaningful improvements in processes and customer experience.</li><li>Deliver executive-level presentations with clear links to financial data, performance measures, and business levers.</li><li>Develop detailed plans for monitoring the benefits obtained from process improvements. This involves tracking and reporting key metrics and keeping stakeholders informed through Steer Co forums and other channels.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate Specifications:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Relevant qualification and/or bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, finance, or a related field, or relevant work experience.</li><li>5+ years’ relevant experience</li><li>Proficiency in BPMN, Visio and Microsoft Power Platform.</li><li>Experience in business improvement methodologies such as BPM, Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully supporting and leading transformation/ improvement projects across multiple functions.</li><li>Understanding of Process Mining concepts.</li><li>Familiarity with other BPMSs like Signavio, Celonis, Apromore, etc. would be beneficial.</li><li>Understanding of Knowledge Management concepts.</li><li>Working in a collaborative and innovative environment.</li><li>A natural problem solver who can envision new possibilities for stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><em>Thank you for your interest in joining us!
