<p><em>Job Summary</em></p><p>We are seeking a talented and results-driven individual to join our team as an Online Merchandiser. As an online merchandiser, you will be responsible for optimizing the presentation of our products on our e-commerce platform, driving online sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your primary goal will be to curate and manage our online product catalog, ensuring that it is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and optimized for maximum</p><p>conversions.</p><p><br></p><p><em>Core responsibilities: </em></p><ul><li>Curate and manage the online product catalog, ensuring accurate product information, compelling product descriptions, and high-quality product images.</li><li>Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.</li><li>Analyze website data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improving the online shopping experience and increasing conversion rates.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online merchandising campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events.</li><li>Conduct regular audits of the website to ensure product information accuracy, proper categorization, and optimal search functionality.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely restocking and availability of products.</li><li>Optimize website navigation and user experience to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce friction in the purchasing process across BAU days as well as optimize changes in navigation basis the E-com calendar.</li><li>Provide links to the content team during page refresh schedules, update newsletters with links, links to key collections for the paid Ads and GDN upon checking the stock availability and links for social media Ads and posts for maintaining user engagement across social networks.</li><li>Perform an audit of the web, mobile and APP if all the CTAs have been linked to the right category/product.</li><li>Manage the onsite search redirects and recommendation through SLI to optimize conversions.</li><li>Publish weekly reports and recommendations for all key stakeholders on various related business KPIs basis analysis of the same.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>Educational Qualifications and Certificates</em></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years work in online merchandising</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>Experience</em></p><ul><li>Exceptional analytical acumen; passion for data and analytics and proven ability to translate numbers to customer-facing initiatives.</li><li>Creative marketing mind with understanding of brands, consumers and products to help drive merchandising decisions and editorial content.</li><li>Understanding of sports/fashion online market</li><li>Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Strong understanding of Retail Math and eCommerce fundamentals.</li><li>SFCC &amp; Akeneo</li></ul><p></p>
