<p>Are you ready to be a member of our talented and motivated team and bring your best every day?!</p><p><br></p><p>Our Customer Service Team is growing, and we are currently looking to hire <strong>Business Technology Analyst.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What are the essential duties/responsibilities?</u></strong></p><ul><li>Business analysts align information technology systems with business operations by analyzing and developing innovative integrated software solutions. Their duties include providing internal IT support and managing web-based services and customer support. They are also required to regularly report to management.</li><li>Business technology analysts may also be tasked with developing new systems or applications that will help the company achieve its goals. This might include creating databases, writing software code, or even building prototypes of new technologies.</li><li>Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services.</li><li>Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users.</li><li>Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.</li><li>Analyzing and improving the performance of web-based customer portals and support services.</li><li>Ensuring end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments.</li><li>Monitoring product licenses and ensuring compliance with IT industry regulations.</li><li>Ensuring that computer hardware remains compatible with system enhancements and updates.</li><li>Promoting system efficiency and security by integrating performance metrics and encryption.</li><li>Implementing new advancements in the field of system and enterprise architecture</li><li>Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services. </li><li>Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users. </li><li>Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts for CC&B system. </li><li>Analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues in CC&B and other systems. </li><li>Collaborate with CC&B development team and business users to understand requirements and provide solutions. </li><li>Develop and maintain documentation related to data structures, processes, and procedures. </li><li>Participate in system upgrades and data migrations. </li><li>Monitor and maintain data integrity and accuracy. </li><li>Provide technical support to business users and other IT teams as needed. </li><li>Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to CC&B and SQL development.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What Should I have?</u></strong></p><ol><li>At least 4 years of experience in system developments preferably within customer service environment. </li><li>Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, and an accredited qualification in management consultancy, or similar.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What makes me a unique applicant?</u></strong></p><ol><li>Experience working with utility companies or in the energy industry.</li><li>Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency.</li><li>Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.</li><li>Ensuring optimal system functionality via integrated diagnostics.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption.</li><li>Ability to keep up with IT advancements.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Things to consider:</u></strong></p><ul><li>You will be reporting to the Head of System Section.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Meet AADC</u></strong></p><p><em>Utilities – More than 1500 employees</em></p><p>Al Ain Distribution Company (AADC) is a public joint stock company that wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA).
