As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with our B2B clients, both international and domestic. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and retention by understanding their business or personal goals, addressing concerns or issues, and effectively communicating the value of our services.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international and domestic B2B clients.</li><li>Prioritize client needs, ensuring their satisfaction and continued usage of our services.</li><li>Understand clients’ business or personal goals, competitors, and effectively pitch new services or upcoming product launches.</li><li>Work closely with the team to ensure smooth communication and coordination, aligning with client expectations and supporting their growth.</li><li>Receive and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance our services.</li><li>Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive relationship.</li><li>Proactively seek opportunities to exceed client expectations and provide value-added services.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver excellent service.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and developments, sharing relevant insights and recommendations with clients.</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations showcasing key performance indicators, service enhancements, and client strategies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Friendly and approachable personality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.</li><li>Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.</li><li>Ability to understand and align with clients’ goals and effectively pitch relevant services or products.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.</li><li>Knowledge of the media industry or related field is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to adapt and travel occasionally to meet with clients or attend industry events.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Education: BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Prior experience as a Client Relations Manager or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in B2B settings.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Relationship building skills to establish rapport, earn trust, and maintain positive connections with clients.</li><li>Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates and understanding of client businesses and goals.</li><li>Experience in tracking relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and analyze performance metrics.</li><li>Conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle and resolve conflicts or client issues effectively.</li><li>Strong organization and time management skills to manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Collaboration and teamwork abilities to work effectively with internal teams.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.</li><li>Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing client needs and work demands.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Join <strong>Moris Media</strong> as a Client Relationship Manager and contribute to the growth and success of our international and domestic B2B clients.
