Position: Commis I<p><br></p>Department: F & B Reports to: Chef de Partie, Chef de Cuisine<p><br></p>Location : Abu Dhabi<p><br></p><strong><u>Role Overview</u></strong><p><br></p>To prepare and cook food on a daily basis according to business requirements and as directed by the Chef de Partie, Chef de Cuisine.<p><br></p>Assisting Chef de Partie, Chef de Cuisine in meal preparations, receiving deliveries, and rotating stock. Conditions of work While main duties are predominately carried out in the F & B facility, work may be required in other areas of the property.<p><br></p><strong><u>Qualification</u></strong><p><br></p>High School GED in Hospitality or certification in culinary arts<p><br></p>Fresher or minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field<p><br></p>Previous training for Essential Food & Safety in the UAE (EFST), Food Hygiene, etc.<p><br></p>Has full knowledge of hygiene, hotel safety, and emergency procedure<p><br></p>Strong stamina because this job will require you to stand in a long period<p><br></p>Ability to work well with others<p><br></p>Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure<p><br></p>To be thorough and pay attention to details<p><br></p>Excellent verbal communication skills<p><br></p>A desire to help people<p><br></p>Active listening skills<p><br></p>A good memory<p><br></p>Interested candidates may share your updated CVs.
