<p><strong>Business Development Executive – Pharma House Pharmaceuticals </strong></p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>As a Business Development Executive, you will play a role in our company’s growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with manufacturing partners and researching products for local UAE registration. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential partners, product & market research, and ensuring timely product registrations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Candidate Requirements</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor of Science (BSc) or bachelor’s in pharmacy</li><li>MBA is preferable</li><li>3+ years of experience in international business development </li><li>Europe, US and Indian markets experience </li><li>Good knowledge of regulatory requirements for drug registration</li><li>Skilled in handling IQVIA and other data compilation tools</li><li>Good knowledge of MS office (Excel) skills is a must</li><li>Identifying product line segments and markets</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of drug development phases, generic drug development, and the regulatory process is an advantage</li><li>Skills and techniques for development and implementation of business development strategies</li><li>Networking: identify and close new business contracts and build and maintain customer relationships.</li><li>Should be self-motivated and committed</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><u>Role & Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Identifying product line segments and markets.</li><li>Building business relationships with current and potential clients prospects</li><li>The candidate must screen data (IMS, SMSRC, etc) and propose potential molecules for launch in different therapy areas in UAE</li><li>He / She needs to collate molecule data and check feasibility with UAE market data</li><li>The candidate needs to liaise with the field team in UAE to ascertain the true market potential of the molecule</li><li>Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information</li><li>After molecule approval the candidate must scout for manufacturers & Suppliers for the molecule keeping in mind the UAE regulatory requirement</li><li>Be in constant touch with the manufacturer / supplier upon finalization and support their registration along with regulatory team.</li><li>Participate in industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences to get connected with suppliers, Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
