<p>To maintain outstanding customer service as per Ecity standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Performance Area 1: Business Performance</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Effectively sell products/services &amp; extended warranties by understanding the Customer’s needs, tailoring a solution to meet those needs, and closing the sales.</li><li>Always ensure a proper product demonstration.</li><li>To achieve the sales objectives for the assigned section.</li><li>Update/print/install price &amp; product information labels for the assigned section.</li><li>Ensure proper product display &amp; “in-store merchandising”.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding refunds/exchanges, and security practices.</li><li>In the absence of the team Leader to manage the team in performing tasks such as duty schedules etc.</li><li>Work according to the set business operating procedures.</li><li>Adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and communicate when inventory replenishment is needed.</li><li>Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts.</li><li>Developing strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge.</li></ul><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Performance Area 2: Customer Focus</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Follow the F.I.S.H principles to achieve customer satisfaction.</li><li>Greet customers politely and ascertain what each customer wants or needs and aid them in locating merchandise.</li><li>Sell to customers by explaining product features vs. benefits.</li><li>Schedule home deliveries directly with customers and coordinate with the services team to ensure the timely delivery of products.</li></ul><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Performance Area 3: People Development </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.</li><li>Mentor and coach less experienced employees to become more effective salespeople.</li></ul><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Performance Area 4: Quality Excellence </strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Communicate customer requests which encourage improvements in the current procedures to the management regularly.</li><li>To be the ambassador for the best business practice, ethics, and code of conduct and ensure that the business should be conducted with uncompromising honesty and integrity while dealing with customers.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Specifications</strong> </p><ul><li>Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Salesperson in the retail electronics industry</li><li>Product Knowledge </li><li>Well-developed skills in written and spoken English.</li><li>SAP System Knowledge </li><li>Selling Skills</li><li>Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills</li><li>Customer / public relationship skills</li><li>Multilingual skills in English/Arabic/3rd language</li></ul>
