We also provide global education opportunities through our network of partners.<br><br><strong><u>The Opportunity<br><br></u></strong>We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team and drive our regional talent acquisition efforts.This position will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute successful talent recruitment strategies to ensure we are hiring the most qualified candidates and achieving our goals.<br><br><strong><u>Job Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Identify and engage key stakeholders to help drive regional talent acquisition strategies for our global organization.</li><li>Analyze job requirements, determine benchmarks and build competitive job requirements for positions in our global organization.</li><li>Source, assess and recruit candidates for open positions with a focus on quality and speed.</li><li>Develop and implement innovative methods to attract high-quality candidates.</li><li>Develop talent pipelines to ensure we have a steady stream of qualified and diverse candidates.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Desired Qualifications<br></u></strong><ul><li>5+ years of experience in a global talent acquisition role</li><li>Experience working for a large international organization</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff</li><li>Knowledge of data analysis and recruiting platforms</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills<br></li></ul><strong><u>Nice-to-Haves<br></u></strong><ul><li>Experience using applicant tracking systems</li><li>Prior experience working with regional recruiting teams</li><li>Prior experience in developing recruitment strategies</li><li>Proficiency in multiple languages</li><li>Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards</li></ul>
