<p>Responsible for maintaining an outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets selling all line up for our sister company Protech Powered Sports Co.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Job Responsibilities</u></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven record of successful sales results and target overcoming</li><li>Understand customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.</li><li>Ability to persuade customers and encourage them to purchase from the brands under Protech.</li><li>Ownership vision and aim for profitability.</li><li>Handle the administrative sales process issue invoicing, payments, and vehicle delivery as per company standards.</li><li>Achieve and surpass monthly and annually sales targets.</li><li>Responsible for building relationship with customers through regular contacts and follow ups as per CRM routines.</li><li>Assist in showroom vehicle moves, merchandise, and display maintenance and routine.</li><li>Participate on dealership meetings and get trainings certification.</li><li>Hunter profile, aiming to build new relationship (prospects).</li><li>Build relationship with other brands and customers in order to collect best practices in the market.</li><li>Can β do attitude. Able to convert a dissatisfied customer into a sale.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Skills</p><ul><li>In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.</li><li>Proven track record of maintaining professional ethics through the portrayal of exemplary soft skills.</li><li>Ability to implement the ‘customer first’ approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.</li><li>Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.</li><li>Excellent phone and presentation skills.</li><li>Depicting remarkable command to convert leads into customers through passionate discussions and debates.</li></ul>
