Job Description
<p><strong>Job purpose: </strong>The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for the commercial strategy and the development of the Group. This includes activities relating to marketing, sales, product development and customer service to drive business growth. The CCO will oversee the implementation of sales or commercial strategies and objectives, define the Group’s commercial policies, and ensure the Group adheres to the annual budget.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Drives strategic growth, culture of change and profitability across various sectors.</li><li>Implements innovative solutions.</li><li>Reviews data and reports to understand a helpful way to help the Group meet its objectives.</li><li>Presents financial reports, specifically related to sales, to the other members of the c-suite.</li><li>Oversees and guides his/her team with beneficial instructions and advice.</li><li>Oversees procedures and provides guidance and input when teams or departments are designing new processes or procedures for conducting work.</li><li>Receives feedback from different teams and departments about new processes and makes adjustments accordingly.</li><li>Assists with employment decisions; the hiring and termination decisions for his/her teams.</li><li>Leads launches when the Group launches a new product or service. </li><li>Works with the marketing, advertising, and other relevant departments to ensure projects are on track and the launch is anticipated to go as intended.</li><li>Assesses customer satisfaction by using customer feedback to help establish new practices for the sales and marketing departments.</li></ul><p><strong>Education requirements</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or Business, or Accounting (Required).</p><p>· Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. </p><p>. Insurance background.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Language requirements </strong></p><p>English – Fluent (Required) | Arabic – Fluent (Preferred)</p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p> · Minimum 15 years of experience as a Chief Commercial Officer in a complex healthcare organization.</p><p> · Marketing experience.</p><p>· Experience in developing, Insurance and Pricing Strategies.</p><p> · Minimum 3 years in GCC (preferred).</p><p> · Deep knowledge of Healthcare industry.</p><p>· Strong math skills.</p><p>· Excellent (English) written and verbal communication.</p><p>· Excellent communication skills </p><p>· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.</p><p>· Meticulous attention to detail.</p><p>· Ability to remain focused and effective under pressure.</p><p>· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>· Time management and leadership skills. </p><p>· Analytical skills</p><p>· Ability to quickly understand complex business issues, develop solutions, and present them in a clear and concise manner. </p><p>· Ability to handle sensitive business information.</p>
