The selected candidate will be responsible for meeting & greeting customers, welcoming them & guiding them to the various parts of office/sales executives, tracking the inflow of customers on daily basis & generating reports if required, maintaining the logbook (digital/manual), supporting the sales team in assisting the customers, handling multiple tasks on the front desk, organizing & maintaining the reception area as per company standards, administrative support tasks, making sure the brochures are displayed/organized & maintained.<p><br></p>At E.K Kanoo we are always looking for the best talent to introduce to our brands, local or international talent is appreciated. Kanoo, are looking for a <strong>Receptionist</strong> who will be reporting to the Manager. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent Arabic & English communication skills, both written and verbal. The desired candidate should have excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, pleasant & strong personality to handle multicultural customers, flexible to work on shifts, competency in Microsoft Office application such as word & excel. Your skills include professionalism, listening, customer focus, organization, handling work pressure.
