Senior Interior Designer
Job Description
<ul><li>10 to 15 years of experience with the design of commercial interiors projects or workplace projects.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of design in interior design, architecture or equivalent.</li><li>Hands on experience of corporate workplace, hospitality or retail design projects from inception to completion.</li><li>Proficiency in the use of Revit and other 3D BIM computer design programmes on Interior Projects.</li><li>Exposure to projects with a focus on LEED and WELL sustainable goals.</li><li>Knowledge of materials, fabrics, furnishings, furniture, lighting and fittings in the Corporate Workplace.</li><li>Fluency in both written and spoken English.</li><li>Excellent graphics, communication skills.</li><li>Work portfolio should be creative to showcase a story of designs or represent moving experience of spaces, bringing out the creativity and skills of the designer.</li><li>Created designs that have improved the quality of life and user experience that are functional, efficient and dynamic.</li><li>Good knowledge of computer design software, Lumion, Vray, Grasshopper, Sketch Up, InDesign.</li><li>FF&E Pricing in the local market.</li><li>Middle East work experience preferred.</li></ul>
