<p>Rakaez investments looking for a quantity surveyor to join it’s team, who expected to meet below job description.&nbsp;</p><p>- Taking off quantities</p><p><span>- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation</span></p><p><span>- Getting quotations from the subcontractors and materials’ suppliers</span></p><p><span>- Supporting&nbsp;procurement&nbsp;team to purchase the materials</span></p><p><span>- Valuation of variation</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;Receiving&nbsp;of tender documents</span></p><p><span>-&nbsp;Preparation&nbsp;of payment certificates</span></p><p><span>- Supporting project team in&nbsp;reviewing&nbsp;and&nbsp;finalizing&nbsp;estimations</span></p><p><span>- Hard working, quick learner and result oriented</span></p><p>- Management of project cost</p><p><span>-&nbsp;Effective&nbsp;communicating&nbsp;and interpersonal skills</span></p><p><span>- Must have driving&nbsp;license</span></p><p><span>- Work experience in gulf area with more than 3 years, must have it in construction field</span></p><p><br></p><p>For those who find themselves interested on vacant, please apply below.</p>
