The Company delivers the majority of the country’s crude oil production and natural gas supply.<p><br></p>Purpose of the Job<p><br></p>To provide coaching and training in the assigned value stream to support the execution and<p><br></p>delivery of the PDO Continuous improvement Agile program.<p><br></p>The Agile Senior coach role aims to support the business in 4 main areas:<p><br></p><ul><li> DELIVER & SUSTAIN RESULTS:</li><li> To support Agile improvement initiatives based on PDO CI Management System &</li></ul><p><br></p>maturity assessment β ultimately linked to business results and improvement actions.<p><br></p><ul><li> DELIVER & GROW CAPABILITY:</li><li> Coach internal (Omani) CI/Agile coaches using learn by doing activities to achieve</li></ul><p><br></p>desired competency levels as prescribed in the CI/Agile coach competency<p><br></p>assessment. Assessments are carried out quarterly with yearly targets for competency<p><br></p>and technical skills<p><br></p><ul><li> Develop internal (Omani) CI/Agile Coaches by coaching through different level of</li></ul><p><br></p>taining in Agile and other PDO training offerings.<p><br></p><ul><li> DELIVER & GROW CI LEADERSHIP & CULTURE:</li><li> Support the assigned value stream (function/directorate) lead (CI Lead) and Sponsor</li></ul><p><br></p>(Director) while coaching them in leadership skills and CI & Change management<p><br></p>principles, At all times following the PDO Role of Leader Guidleines<p><br></p><ul><li> SUPPORT CCI FUNCTION IN PROJECT DELIVERY:</li><li> CCI function will have different priorities to build Agile trainings & competencies for</li></ul><p><br></p>standardization, new ideas, internal process improvement, best practice sharing<p><br></p>Education & Experience<p><br></p>10+ Years CI & Agile coaching / deployment experience across different<p><br></p>sectors.<p><br></p><ul><li>Agile Coaching β Mastery</li><li>CI Coaching β Mastery</li><li>Lean Six Sigma Certified β Mastery (Black Belt / Lean Master)</li><li>CI Lean Skills – Mastery</li><li>Structured problem solving – Mastery</li><li>Data analysis – Mastery</li><li>Training & facilitation – Mastery</li><li>Change management & communication – Mastery</li><li>Business acumen & partnering β Mastery</li><li>Certified βagile coach; & βscrum masterβ</li><li>Minimum BA degree</li></ul><p><br></p>Main Responsibilities<p><br></p><ul><li>Main tasks.</li><li>Lead, manage and adjust as necessary, the direction and execution of the</li></ul><p><br></p>Enterprise-Level Agile Ways of Working in PDO.<p><br></p><ul><li>Manage the link between delivery of strategic business results and cross</li></ul><p><br></p>organizational Agile projects and programs.<p><br></p><ul><li>Expert coach on Enterprise Agile deployment in an Oil and Gas environment,</li></ul><p><br></p>able to coach at each level from Front-Line leader to Director.<p><br></p><ul><li>Ability to manage, co-ordinate and develop a cross-organizational network of</li></ul><p><br></p>Agile Coaches and Product Owners.<p><br></p><ul><li>Develop PDO training programs on Enterprise Agile and hard-wire Agile</li></ul><p><br></p>capability into the existing organizational frameworks.<p><br></p><ul><li>Creation of assurance frameworks to support Agile projects, programs and</li></ul><p><br></p>capability build pathways.<p><br></p><ul><li>Strong and inspirational communication skills to support the behavioral change</li></ul><p><br></p>shifts required to deploy Agile Ways of Working across PDO.<p><br></p><ul><li> Build and develop Agile capability in the line through coaching.</li><li>Provide on-site coaching (coastal & interior) to CI/Agile coaches, lean</li></ul><p><br></p>managers, lean practitioners, green belts, team leaders and others.<p><br></p><ul><li>Support and Coach internal (Omani) Agile Coaches to provide overall coordination</li></ul><p><br></p>of the Agile practitioners and is responsible to lead Agile<p><br></p>improvement initiatives.<p><br></p><ul><li>Use CI Fundamentals to deliver business improvement while cascading the</li></ul><p><br></p>knowledge and application of Agile Ways of Working.<p><br></p><ul><li> Support the business through coaching in delivering projects on time and to a evidenced</li></ul><p><br></p>benefit.<p><br></p><ul><li>Facilitate when required meetings and workshops with internal (Omani)</li></ul><p><br></p>CI/Agile Coaches shadowing the facilitation, coaching and sharing feedback.<p><br></p><ul><li>Coach Omani coaches using structured coaching cycles to lead, facilitate and</li></ul><p><br></p>deliver business benefit using different delivery methods<p><br></p><ul><li>Support the business in measuring the business benefit by determining current</li></ul><p><br></p>conditions and tracking metrics throughout project execution.<p><br></p><ul><li>Support the leadership teams / Business / to establish the Improvement agenda for the</li></ul><p><br></p>businesses.<p><br></p><ul><li>This includes understanding the current situation and future vision,</li></ul><p><br></p>establishing relevant benchmarks/metrics and framing improvement programs<p><br></p>to close the gaps.<p><br></p><ul><li>Responsible for reporting to the Value Stream Sponsor and Lean Deployment</li></ul><p><br></p>Lead the overall execution of the deployment including delivery of the project<p><br></p>on budget and time and the Agile capability building in the line .<p><br></p><ul><li>Responsible that required Agile activities are performed satisfactorily and</li></ul><p><br></p>timely.<p><br></p><ul><li>Utilizes Agile tools and methods as required by the project.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Skills Required</u></strong><p><br></p>Other Job Details
