The Company delivers the majority of the country’s crude oil production and natural gas supply.<p><br></p>Purpose of the Job<p><br></p>Work closely with the Recruitment advisor to deliver the function external Recruitment and Mobilisation requirements in line with our people capability plan and to achieve it on an annual basis in an efficient and timely manner.<p><br></p>Be ahead of their game, confident in their ability, pro-active in resolving challenging situations whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, policies and employment legislation.<p><br></p>Education &amp; Experience<p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources Management or relevant</li><li> Minimum 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition</li><li> CIPD Qualification is an advantage</li><li> Bilingual Arabic and English</li><li> Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships</li></ul><p><br></p>Main Responsibilities<p><br></p><ul><li> Recruitment Target</li></ul><p><br></p>Get the details of the recruitment targets for the year from the Talent Acquisiton Advisor including the updated job descriptions, position details that are matching with the JD. Post details on the PDO website, coordinated with EVD to post in newspapers. Handles candidate enquiries during the recruitment processes.<p><br></p><ul><li> Pre-Screening Applicants</li></ul><p><br></p>Screening all applicants against the job criteria before calling the candidates for assessments. Send regret to those who do not satisfy the main criteria.<p><br></p><ul><li> Interview Coordination</li></ul><p><br></p>This includes arranging location; arrange flights, determining meeting scheduling coordinating all logistics. Send interview invitation to candidates and interviewers<p><br></p><ul><li> HR Development Committee</li></ul><p><br></p>Prepare submissions to the HR Development Committee including the job descriptions, candidate CV, interview notes and the summary sheet for selected candidate. Provide recruitment process information to the EC and including the offred salary.<p><br></p><ul><li> Offers</li></ul><p><br></p>Prepare and communicate the salary offer to candidate. Adjust the offer if the graduate has work experience. Upon acceptance transfer the candidate to the mobilization team for processing and complete the hire process.<p><br></p><ul><li> Job Updates</li></ul><p><br></p>Update the system on an ongoing basis with relevant data from point of advertisement to acceptance.<p><br></p><ul><li> Onboarding process</li></ul><p><br></p>Ensure smooth on boarding process for new arrivals to leave the new staff with a positive Employee experience. Participate in Company welcome and induction programme. Ensure that all staff are provided with employment contracts upon arrivals. The role of this position to continually improve this process to ensure that the mobilisation documentation, process, interfaces are effective and robust.<p><br></p><ul><li> Follow up with new Arrival</li></ul><p><br></p>3 days from joining, follow up new joiner settelling status as per New joiner checklist. Then a second Follow-up two weeks after joining. Ensure New joiner checklist &amp; survey has been completed. Anaylse the feedback and upload this data into a portal and track the trends from the data over a period of time to assess the improvement to the employee experience index.<p><br></p><ul><li> Medical, Security and enrolment arrangements</li><li> Arrange for medical Fitness</li><li> Arrange for Security clearance</li><li> Share with the Candidate &amp; stakeholders (system Notification)</li><li> Agree on Joining date with acceptance of resignation (to be shared with security)</li><li> Coordinate candidate enrolment with the Data Moblization team</li><li> Internal, External and Relationships</li></ul><p><br></p>Establish strong network with PDO recruitment section, skillpool managers, CFDH’s and line managers, finance payroll and housing section, Medical team, Gov. security, PDO security team, Logistic shipping section and Out Post office focal point. Establish network with Shell Transfer desks in KL and Krakow.<p><br></p><strong><u>Skills Required</u></strong><p><br></p>Other Job Details
