With a strong presence in the domestic market, we are now seeking an ambitious and experienced International Business Development Specialist to expand our business and networking relationships across borders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>As an International Business Development Specialist at MMZ Holdings L.L.C., you will play a pivotal role in identifying, creating, and nurturing business opportunities in the Saudi Arabia region, with a focus on expanding our operations and networking relationships for the benefit of our existing portfolio of businesses.</p><p>You will be responsible for:</p><p><strong>Market Research and Analysis:</strong></p><ul><li>Conducting thorough research and analysis of your home markets to identify potential opportunities, market trends, and competitor landscapes.</li><li>Assessing the feasibility and profitability of entering new avenues, considering factors such as market demand, regulations, cultural nuances, and economic conditions.</li></ul><p><strong>Business Strategy Development:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborating with a team to formulate strategic plans for international business development, outlining specific objectives, targets, and timelines.</li><li>Identifying and evaluating potential business partners, distributors, and stakeholders in target markets, and developing strategies to establish strong relationships and collaborations.</li></ul><p><strong>Networking and Relationship Building:</strong></p><ul><li>Engaging with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and government officials in existing markets to establish and nurture productive relationships.</li><li>Representing MMZ Holdings L.L.C. to promote our company and identify partnership opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>Deal Negotiation and Contracting:</strong></p><ul><li>Leading negotiations for business partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, and licensing agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for MMZ Holdings L.L.C.</li><li>Collaborating with legal and finance teams to draft, review, and finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with international laws and regulations.</li></ul><p><strong>Performance Tracking and Reporting:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitoring and tracking the progress and performance of international business development initiatives, regularly analyzing key metrics and providing reports to senior management.</li><li>Making data-driven recommendations and adjustments to optimize strategies, improve outcomes, and maximize ROI.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</li><li>Proven track record of at least<strong> 5 years </strong>in international business development, preferably with a strong network of contacts already in place.</li><li>Knowledge and experience in market research, analysis, and business strategy development.</li><li>Strong network and existing relationships in local markets.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.</li><li>Fluency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic would be an advantage.</li><li>Willingness to travel where applicable using the most suitable methods of transport.</li></ul>
