<p>An Investment banking company regulated by CMA with all 5 licenses and based in Riyadh is looking for a Head of the Wealth Management department</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Bachelor’s Degree</p><p>• Minimum 7 to 9 years of experience in a similar role in a financial institution </p><p>• The General Securities Qualification Examination (CME-1) </p><p>• Ensure full awareness of all products provided and is constantly updated on all changes and amendments to product features, procedures, and processes.</p><p>• Maximize cross-selling growth of existing customer base and identify new potential selling opportunities. </p><p>• Proactively participate in company product campaigns & promotions via social media.</p><p>• Ensure that all service levels and agreements are met consistently.</p><p>• Maintains a network of contacts keeping product knowledge current.</p><p>• Maintains a current accurate pipeline along with weekly and daily reports.</p><p>• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.</p><p>• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients’ product and service satisfaction.</p><p>• Interpersonal & Communication skills </p><p>English & Arabic good communication Reading & Writing </p><p>Selling & Negotiation Skills </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Highlighting opportunities for further sales within key clients.</p><p>• Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.</p><p>• Achieving client relationship targets and KPIs as the Head of Sales & Marketing sets.</p><p>• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.</p><p>• Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.</p><p>• Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.</p><p>• Updating and ensuring management is aware of changes within clients.</p><p>• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.</p><p>• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships/connections internally and externally.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to cut-off times and deadlines.</p><p>• Ensure that policies and guidelines are consistently & strictly followed.</p>
