<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of our HRMS product across the KSA region. This individual will be a key player in reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our HRMS solution can address their specific challenges and drive business growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the KSA region.</li><li>Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our HRMS solution will meet those needs.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.</li><li>Provide accurate forecasts and sales reports to the management team.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional activities.</li><li>Stay current with the latest trends and challenges in the HR technology market and in your specific region.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.</li><li>Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience selling HRMS or similar SaaS software solutions would be highly advantageous.</li><li>Strong understanding of the HR technology market, and familiarity with the business landscape in the KSA region.</li><li>Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Proficient in CRM software.</li><li>Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.</li></ol>
