As an English teacher at <span>EnToneYo’s Way</span> School, you will have a unique opportunity to inspire students, enhance their language skills, and foster a love for learning.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and deliver dynamic English lessons that cater to the needs of students across different <span class=”keyword”>age</span> groups and proficiency levels.</li><li>Create an encouraging and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and effective language acquisition.</li><li>Assess students’ progress and provide timely feedback to guide their continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging curriculum materials and innovative teaching methods.</li><li>Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere that encourages students to explore and excel in their educational journey.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in Linguistics / Applied Translation / Translation / English Language and Literature, or a related field.</li><li>Must have a Native-like (American) accent</li><li>Strongly desired certification in TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching English as a second language.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective connections with students, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Excellent English communication <span>both spoken and written.</span>, organizational, time management and presentation skills.</li><li>Flexible, self-motivated, patient, and creative.</li><li>Ability to customize teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.</li><li>Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences, as well as the ability to create an inclusive and respectful learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds.</li><li>Passion for education, growth mindset, and dedication to student success.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Join <span>EnToneYo’s Way</span> School to learn more about our Unique and innovative approach to English language teaching.</p><p>To apply, please submit your resume to hr.recuitment@entoneyosway.edu.jo and mention “English Teacher” in the subject line.
