With the expertise of our diverse pool of experienced coaches, we empower individuals to reach their full potential and drive personal and organizational growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Position: Project Coordinator</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate and manage various projects within Coach You, ensuring timely and successful execution.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.</li><li>Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.</li><li>Facilitate communication and foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).</li><li>Proven experience in project coordination or related roles.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and software.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are excited about joining a dynamic team and contributing to the growth of Coach You, we invite you to apply for the position of Project Coordinator.
