We have been ranked in FORTUNE Magazine’s 100 Best Companies to work for since 1998.<p><br></p><u><strong>People Functions</strong></u><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain harmonious and professional relationship with all departments</li><li>Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.</li><li>Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to relate to all levels of staff. Assist in other areas of the department as needed.</li><li>Supporting the Director of Sales and Senior Director of Marketing in the creation and review of sales reports.</li><li>Coaching salespeople to improve and generate more revenue.</li><li>Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.</li><li>Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.</li><li>To ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly.</li><li>Assist with the training of incoming Sales Managers, Sales Executive and Sales Coordinator working within the venue Special Event department and serve as their mentor.</li></ul><p><br></p><u><strong>Product Functions</strong></u><p><br></p><ul><li>Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and Senior Director of Marketing.</li><li>Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.</li><li>Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply.</li><li>Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.</li><li>Work with the Sales Managers and Operations teams to implement targeted sales strategy.</li><li>Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies effective for ensuring a satisfied clientele and increased returns.</li><li>Manage a portfolio of key accounts; supervise sales and administrative staff as assigned by Senior Director of Marketing and Director of Sales; assist with administrative responsibilities.</li><li>Plan sales developments, sales calls/trips, client recognition and events as directed.</li><li>Ensure policies are followed and implemented.</li><li>To be able to lead and be a good role model of handling Golden Sales and Catering and other systems. </li></ul><p><br></p><u><strong>Profit Functions</strong></u><p><br></p><ul><li>Following up on all business inquiries/ leads and qualifying business to generate room nights and impact RevPAR performance and on all pending and currently booked business details.</li><li>Achieve monthly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including outside sale call.
