You will be in charge of managing and ensuring good execution of Commercial strategy by frontliners.<p><br></p>This role is based in Casablanca and will report to the Supervisor Direct Retail.<p><br></p>Your ‘responsibilities’<p><br></p><ul><li> Coordinate frontliners’ logistic set up</li><li> Handle inventory management by store</li><li> Manage replacement stock count and reconciliation processes</li><li> Conduct regular visits to direct retail touchpoints to collect consumers insights and ensure all designed consumer journeys are in place</li><li> Oversee shift planning for brand retailer frontliners</li><li> Conduct regular stock count at brand retail touchpoints to support reconciliation and control processes</li><li> Organize regular on-the-job trainings for brand retail frontliners in collaboration with capability building team</li><li> Ensure on-time and seamless deployment of designed consumer programs</li><li> Deploy aligned customer care service scope in alignment with customer care team</li></ul><p><br></p>Who we’re looking for<p><br></p><ul><li> 2+ years’ experience in brand retail operations.</li><li> Learning and change agility.</li><li> Organizational and Problem-solving skills.</li><li> Communication and Team collaboration spirit.</li><li> Fluency in English &amp; French both written &amp; spoken.</li></ul><p><br></p>What we offer<p><br></p>Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
