<p>Corsa Real Estate has been created to become the Best Boutique Brokerage in Dubai.</p><p>We are creating now our small and precious group of Realtors that want to grow with us in the long term.</p><p><br></p><p>Corsa Real Estate has strong relationships with Italian Design and Build companies that can make luxury projects</p><p>for high demanding investors, that are in the Market side that we love to approach.</p><p><br></p><p>Please do not apply if you are only looking to who is paying more commissions.</p><p>There are other options out there, do not waste your time.</p><p><br></p><p>This is your opportunity only if you want to grow within a Luxury Brokerage Project:</p><p>we are not Big and we are not going to be with 100+ agents.</p><p><br></p><p>We do not like to consider our Realtors as numbers, we desire to create a trusty work environment</p><p>and work closely together to improve everyday our skills and have an impact on the market and great results.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate has to have at least 2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate Industry as a Realtor and has to be with a high profile and a very high level of willingness to succeed, focusing not on the spot commission but on the Long race, to be with a top quality Customer Service, helping investors finding the right solutions to have great Returns on their investments.</p><p><br></p><p>This is the only way to have satisfied Clients and several referrals from them.</p><p><br></p><p>We want to be in touch with Professionals that can show already a strong background of results achieved in the Market.</p><p><br></p><p>We prefer to interview area specialists in the following 6 areas:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Sobha Hartland</li><li>Downtown</li><li>Dubai Marina – JBR</li><li>Palm Jumeirah</li><li>Jumeirah Islands </li><li>Jumeirah Bay Island</li></ul><p><br></p><p>These Realtors have to show their transactions records and their knowledge in the areas above.</p><p>Only RERA certified Realtors will be considered, with their own car.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and prospect International Investors for Dubai Real Estate Market</li><li>Advertise and market the Properties that he/she will find in the Market</li><li>Finds and reaches out to new prospects</li><li>Only sales, both in Primary and Secondary Market</li><li>Only Prime Locations and Projects for both sides of the Industry</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>mandatory minimum 2 years of sales experience in Dubai Real Estate Industry</li><li>Self-motivated and entrepreneurial</li><li>Strong communication skills and stress management </li><li>Proficiency in English Language is required</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is a commission only based sales role. </p><p>We offer a company mobile phone and a fully paid SIM card.</p><p>Commission slab will be tailored based on the experience and background of the Realtor</p><p>and is for sure at the top of the market.</p><p><br></p><p>We desire to be in touch with you today if you are looking for your long term journey in a place</p><p>where you can leave your mark.</p><p><br></p><p>Connect with us, we are waiting for you showing up.</p><p>Best of luck</p>
