Job Description
<p>We’re looking for a talented Senior Art Director / Creative Director who is capable of conceiving, creating and implementing creative concepts for live brand experiences. This candidate should be capable of translating these concepts into visual representations such as key visuals, marketing collaterals and 3D design. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and should be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams, the designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that reflects the brand identity and meets the brief objectives. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and is able to find the right style and layout for every project. </p><p><strong>Core responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion</p><p>· Collaborate with client servicing team to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements</p><p>· Collaborates with other creative team members to inspire and generate the best creative output</p><p>· Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas</p><p>· Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals</p><p>· Work independently as well as cooperatively with the client servicing team to meet deadlines and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects</p><p>· Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include logo design, branding, web design, marketing collaterals, event branding, etc.</p><p>· Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity and sometimes having to create the brand identity</p><p>· Stays up to date on the latest trends in design and technology and uses this inspire his/her work and the work of fellow team members and subordinates</p><p>· Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future</p><p>· Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video</p><p><strong>Requirements and skills</strong></p><p>· Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role</p><p>· Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills</p><p>· Experience with developing themes, concepts and creative ideas for live events</p><p>· Understanding of social media dynamics – content creation – production</p><p>· Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development</p><p>· Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.</p><p>· Knowledge and practice of AI tools </p><p>· Outstanding leadership and organization skills</p><p>· Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities</p><p>· Excellent communication and presentation skills</p><p>· Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment</p><p>· BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset</p><li><br></li>
