<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in technical proposal building and a proven track record of converting leads into customers. They should be skilled in social media marketing, content creation, copywriting, and email marketing, with a focus on lead generation. </p><p>Additionally, the ideal candidate should be experienced in setting up meetings remotely or face-to-face to support the Business Development Manager. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable using email, phone, video conferencing, and social media messaging to set up and manage meetings with prospects. They should also have experience preparing and delivering presentations or demos that effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients.</p><p>Overall, the ideal candidate should be a results-driven sales professional with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth through effective lead generation, relationship-building, and meeting-setting strategies.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our testing and inspection services and the benefits they offer to potential clients.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identify and research potential customers in various sectors, including but not limited to construction, oil and gas, factories, facility management, utilities, marine, healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, and other relevant industries.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create and curate content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook to increase brand awareness and generate leads.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Write compelling content for emails and other marketing materials to drive engagement and conversion.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct cold calls and emails to introduce our services and qualify prospects.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Send quotes/ proposals to customers in line with support from technical team.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow up with leads and prospects to determine their level of interest and readiness to purchase.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Document all lead and prospect interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work closely with the sales team to ensure that they are fully informed about all qualified leads and prospects.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and pipeline health to the management team. </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in engineering(Preferably Civil or Electrical)</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination, estimation or a related role.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Should be well versed in AutoCAD. Should be able to interpret engineering drawings.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience working with CRM systems.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong organizational and time management skills.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Willingness to learn about our testing and inspection services and the industries we serve.</p><p>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate lead generation activities.</p><p><span>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Driving license would be an added advantage.</p><p><span>β€’&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>An engineering background or experience in and engineering services related company would be an added advantage</p><p><br></p>
