<p> </p><p>We are looking for an RPO expert to join our team who will report to the CEO and lead our various recruitment projects. Our preferred candidate will be efficient at managing a small team of 2 to 7 people and will have best in class client management skills. The Senior Consultant – RPO (SC-RPO) will be proficient in using social media and technology to drive their candidate flow. Detailed and oriented the SC-RPO will have strong communication and influence skills and will be responsible for managing the client directly and ensuring we develop and nurture the relationship. The incumbent will have a history of creating best in class reports and will be able to provide management with a crystal-clear perspective on where the search is, what to look out for, what are they doing right, and what they need to change. </p><p> </p><p>A master of research and candidate development the SC-PRO will have a history of delivering best in class research. Th successful candidate will have a clear perspective on how candidates are approached and will keep strong records on which ones have not yet been engaged for the assignment. The chosen candidate will be comfortable working across multiple roles and working on multiple assignments at once. </p><p> </p><p>While using a database is easier, our candidate will be required to direct source candidates and conduct a gap analysis on the research to date. Once candidates are sourced the SC-RPO will be able to attractively pitch the job in a manner that fosters candidate interest in the market. They will understand how to align a job’s highlights with a candidates subconscious drivers and motivations.</p><p> </p><p>A master of assessment the SC-RPO will have a commanding knowledge of the human condition and will be able to provide a penetrating insight into the personality, behaviour, and competencies of high-performance candidates. The preferred candidate will be well versed in global industry best practices as it relates to fair and equitable selection. </p><p> </p><p>The SC-RPO will be comfortable to lead a team and will have experience driving peak performance in a group of researchers and associate consultants. They will be effective at using success metrics and ensuring search projects are delivered on time and under budget. They will also have experience using social media to drive candidate flow and will understand how to create online talent communities.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>· Manage large scale recruitment projects with hiring mandates across all levels from junior to senior positions. </p><p>· Champion the interview and assessment process. </p><p>· Client management and reporting. </p><p>· Participate in panel interviews, case studies, as an industry expert, assisting the client in making the correct hiring decision.</p><p>· Participate in the creation of selection and assessment processes and case studies based on your work experience and industry knowledge.</p><p>· Work as a specialist advisor.</p><p>· Have a presence on LinkedIn and social media as thought leader in your field. (Assistance with creating online content will be provided by the firm)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Strengths and Abilities</strong></p><p> </p><p>Candidates for the role of Senior Consultant/Advisor should have:</p><p> </p><p>· University degree or equivalent.</p><p>· At least 7 years of experience.</p><p>· Experience in interviewing and assessment.</p><p>· Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).</p><p>· Experience running an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing).</p><p>· Strong language capabilities both oral and written.
