Our client is a leading conglomerate based in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to the Chairman.<p><br></p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintains executives appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.</li><li>Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.</li><li>Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.</li><li>Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executives absence and speaking for the executive.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What we are looking for?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Masters in Mass Communication or MBA</li><li>Excellent Communication skills in English</li><li>2 – 4 yrs experience in a similar role in the UAE</li><li>Willing to join immediately<br></li></ul>
