Nas House is a home, an office, and a community for everyone.<p><br></p>The Administration and Finance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of administrative and financial operations. This role involves managing administrative tasks, handling financial transactions, maintaining records, coordinating office activities, and providing support to the team.<p><br></p>If you’re willing to take part in this exciting opportunity to manage a brand-new kind of hotel that is truly international, we’d love to have you on board.<p><br></p><strong>What This Job Involves</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Provide assistance in financial management, including accounts payable and receivable, budget preparation/monitoring, and financial reporting. </li><li> Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner. </li><li> Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. </li><li> Assist in budget preparation, tracking expenses, and identifying areas for cost savings. </li><li> Conduct periodic reconciliations of financial data and resolve any discrepancies. </li><li> Assist in payroll processing and employee expense claims. </li><li> Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, organizing files, and coordinating meetings. </li><li> Assist in maintaining personnel records and supporting HR functions </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Sound like you? To apply, you need to be/have: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. </li><li>Prior experience in a finance or administrative role is preferred.</li><li>Proficient in using accounting software and Google applications.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality industry is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance is an advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p>
